1. Agreement to Terms

   BrandHunt provides domain acquisition and brokerage services. We help businesses acquire domain names that may currently be owned by others and are not publicly listed for sale.

3. Performance-Based Model

   Our services operate on a performance-based model, where payment is only required if we successfully acquire the desired domain for you. However, please note that:

   • While we strive for success in every case, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to acquire every requested domain.
   • Our fee structure will be clearly outlined in a separate agreement upon engagement of our services.
   • The final purchase price of the domain is separate from our service fees.
4. Domain Acquisition Process

   When you engage our services, we will:

   • Research the current ownership of the target domain
   • Establish contact with the current owner
   • Negotiate on your behalf to secure the best possible price
   • Facilitate the secure transfer of the domain upon successful acquisition

   The timeline for domain acquisition varies significantly depending on several factors, including owner responsiveness and negotiation complexity.

5. Client Responsibilities

   As a client, you agree to:

   • Provide accurate information about your domain acquisition needs
   • Respond promptly to requests for information or decisions
   • Keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the negotiation process
   • Refrain from directly contacting domain owners once we've initiated negotiations
   • Complete payment for successful acquisitions as agreed
6. Confidentiality

   We treat all client inquiries and negotiations with strict confidentiality. However, as stated in our Privacy Policy, we may share successful acquisitions on social media without revealing pricing details or the buyer's identity (unless explicitly authorized).

7. Limitation of Liability

   BrandHunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any domain acquisitions facilitated through our services.

8. Indemnification

   You agree to indemnify and hold BrandHunt harmless from any claims, losses, liability, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
